How to use GGDB

Browsing information in GGDB

Information in GGDB can be easily accessed and viewed with web browsers (Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Safari, etc.). Information can be obtained through Text Search or Subfamily List.

TextSearch

  1. Click “Text Search” at the left of top menu.
  2. Type keyword to search either for gene symbols or designations, then click "SEARCH" button. Users can enter one or two keywords (two keywords are concatenated by “AND”).
  3. Select an appropriate gene symbol (designation) from listed items.

List of Glycogenes

  1. Glycogenes are categorized according to their subfamilies.
